Checking your order status

You can check the status of your order anytime. Keep in mind, our automated Web order system updates on a regular basis. Depending on the time of your order, you may not be able to track it immediately.

Canceling your order

We process orders quickly. Depending on how much time has elapsed since you placed your order, it might be possible that your product has already been shipped. If your order has been shipped,  and you  need to return it to us for any reason please read our return policy for more information .Please check your order status before requesting cancellation.

Returns

Return for Replacement of Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item when the defective merchandise is returned within the first 15 calendar days of purchase. An explanation of the nature of the defect must be noted before authorization can be granted. The merchandise must come complete in original box with all accompanying material and in resalable condition.

Other Return Policies

We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 15 calendar days of the date of delivery.
Returned items should have no marking(s) on the product, package and contents (e.g. manuals, registration, warranty cards.)
Defective products are accepted by the manufacturers within the warranty period according to the manufacturer's terms and conditions, and any of the labels attached to the product should have not been tampered with.
On orders in which shipment was refused, the customer will be charged a restocking fee of 20%, as well as all shipping costs.
If the returned item does not meet the policy mentioned above,
telebits has the right to refuse the return.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and customer agrees to pay for the additional charges incurred from returns or replacements.
Customer assumes all risk of loss or damage to product returns while in transit.
