All images can be accessed via https:// with SSL
encryption. You may also use http:// if you wish but this will not provide
SSL encryption.
The advantage of storing your images or logos on a secure
server, is that, if you don`t use a secure image on your payment pages,
any visitors to your payment page will be alerted that the page has
"non secure items", this may deter people from trusting your
company and they may decide not to complete a purchase.
You can also store images here for use on BLOGS or any
other websites on the internet which may or may not need a secure
image URL.
